With an eye toward the local production of red wines, while not disdaining regional whites and rosés, the restaurant offers Piedmontese wines to be paired with typical products, as the oldest tradition dictates.

For example, the bagna "cauda" appetizer, typical of cold weather, can be served with full-bodied wines such as Barbera or Barbaresco.
